WARNING❗️ I do not recommend this company for bookings at all. Our family's vacation to Florida turned into a nightmare due to their actions. First of all they rescheduled our plans twice, both just before our flight and two days prior to our stay to a complete different place. Despite paying extra for a better hotel, they rebooked us without our consent. Regrettably, we received no assistance from them and their response was to shift blame to irrelevant issues and hung up on our calls. It appears their primary focus is on extracting more money, and they are quick to cancel or reschedule bookings if a more lucrative offer arises. As a continuation of the whole, we were dissatisfied with the accommodation as it did not meet our expectations. We wanted a refund for the extra money we had paid, but they refused and instead started arguing with us. And even threatened to throw us out on the street the same day if we didn't stop complaining, despite us being a family with children. Eventually, they refunded 10%, which wasn't even half of what we requested. Other issues included the kitchen not being equipped for cooking, the TV not working, and they provided an old one infested with cockroaches throughout the apartment. On New Year's, strangers entered our balcony through the emergency exit, and the security guard refused to assist us. And by the way, all 5 reviews are probably fake and written by the owner right after our visit. Martin and Julieta are not reliable. Hope this helps someone considering booking through them. Urgent Attention Needed: Safety and Maintenance Concerns I regret to inform that my recent stay at this Airbnb apartment was far from satisfactory. The most alarming issue was the discovery of water leaking from the walls upon my return from dinner. This is not only a significant inconvenience but also a potential fire hazard, especially considering the electrical outlets and appliances nearby. Additionally, the overall condition of the apartment suggests a severe lack of maintenance. From peeling paint to creaky floorboards, it's evident that this place has been neglected for some time. Such disrepair not only detracts from the comfort and aesthetics but also raises concerns about the structural integrity and safety of the space. I strongly urge the host to address these issues immediately. It's essential to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, and currently, this apartment does not meet those basic standards. Future guests should be aware of these conditions before booking. I hope to see improvements made for the sake of future visitors.
