As this property ages it's transitioned from a boutique to more of a budget hotel. It's reasonable value for the price except on busy nights and short notice when it can be expensive. The location in Zhongshan is nice. The rooms are clean and well appointed although starting to age. My biggest complaint is the wifi is very poor, slow when you can connect and often you can't, it really needs to be upgraded, most hotels in Taiwan have great wifi even budget hotels. Three is also no heat in the rooms, only AC and fan. At night in January my room dropped to 12 deg C.

Excellent overall experience for the price. Not so close to MRT station but that's reflected in the price. Quieter than expected.

The rooms which we got was small, although we had 4 people. Not enough place to keep your bags. After 2 days we got to change the room. The girl at the reception was very lazy, while the boys were active.

female staff need special training to treat guests, I read the reviews and it turns out that I'm not the only one who experienced bad things with the behavior of female staff.. it's the first time I'm getting unpleasant treatment from hotel staff.. I stayed for my birthday but it's was a bad day, I wanted to find another hotel that day but the weather outside was raining, I was really in a bad mood, just once I stayed here!
