        Bathroom not cleaned properly between guests!!! Our stay was pretty disappointing. From the unfriendly front desk staff (the 2/3 we interacted with, the one was good), to the disgusting bathroom, to even worse, management not getting back to us. We booked accommodations for 3 people, were told upon arrival that they cannot accommodate 3, they ended up putting a cot in the room (our suggestion). But the bathroom was the worst part. There was poop on the inside of the toilet bowl from previous guests. Used Kleenex or toilet paper under the counter and the floor was all white around the shower. Clearly not deep cleaned between guests. I wanted to give management a chance to respond to my email before I came here, but it’s been over a week now and nothing. Their staff need to be trained to better deal with customer service. We were polite and patient with them, just to have them treat us bad.

        Spacious room and bathroom with a big shower. Comfy beds, nice staff. Easily accessible by metro, within walking distance to the Old Town. We loved the terrace on the 5th floor - beautiful view and a nice place to chill. Unfortunately, there was no AC in our room (just a fan) and the view of the opposite block of flats wasn't the best.

        This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The heating system doesn't work. Even on the coldest setting, it spews a constant jet of hot air into the room. The staff are not able to turn it off, and they said the only alternative would be to turn off all electricity to the room (including lights, wall sockets, etc.) The area surrounding the hotel is very loud (sirens, music and shouting), so having the windows open even just a bit to try to cool the room down will make it very noisy. Also, some rooms have broken windows that don't open (when we first arrived, we had to move from a room with a broken window). The plumbing system doesn't work. The water takes a long time to drain away, and it doesn't look clean. More generally, the hotel is dirty and in need of repairs. Our mattress had a big stain on it, and the bathroom mirror was cracked. The fridge didn't work and was very smelly. Although the beds are fine, the pillows are terrible. We had to ask for more pillows, but even with extra pillows they were very thin, lumpy and uncomfortable. The staff are friendly but unable to resolve most issues. All in all, we had two terrible nights' sleep and would recommend avoiding this hotel if you can.

        BEWARE: Out of our two week Europe stay in 6 different countries, this was by far the most disappointing hotel. Got into our room - writing on the walls, window is broken, short curly black hair on the towels (not my type of hair), hair in the bathtub (all not ours), dirty carpet, towels have dirt marks on them, no flooring, no door on the bathroom. We immediately contact hotels.com for a refund and they told us to go speak to front desk. We go down to speak with them and they are all (receptionist, manager, etc) extremely unprofessional and condescending. We say we want a refund, they refuse. They are laughing with each other over the phone about how upset we are, they are making fun of us under their breaths, and we are told by the receptionist "I've been here 3 whole 'weeks' and this is only one of the few complaints I've heard". Can hear management and receptionist laughing with eachother over the phone assuming we don't know french (I understood everything they said). They "upgraded" us to a better room and there was toilet matter on the towels. At this point we were too exhausted to complain. Look at the pictures if you want proof. All in all, BEWARE!!!!

        Special place, not like other hotels ;) but nice and clean! Very friendly service. Breakfast was absolutly fine.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
