The hotel that makes you stressed. Overall hotel is very nice, people at the reception are welcoming and food is good - except from the fact that the chicken for kids was served raw. The service at the restaurant is bad - we always had to wait long for our drinks (even up to 45 mins) and when asked, the waiters they ignoring us. As guests we felt stressed. The restaurant staff was rude and the restaurant manager was especially stressful as she was shouting at the customers. They explained they are understaffed but for 4s hotel you pay premium price, this should not be an excuse. The hotel was also not cleaned well. We were there with - 3 year old who made a bit of a mess with the rice during dinner and during the morning breakfast rice was still all over the chair and the floor. If you are looking for a place to relax - this hotel is not the best optron for you.

Nice rooms and a awesome pool area! Outdoor pool, swimming pond, 2 indoor pools and a jacuzzi. The service in the restaurant of the hotel was slow and the restaurant had a dress code, even though the food wasn't so premium. Hiking routes are close. Animal friendly. Overall a quite good hotel experience!

Super friendly, proactive and supportive stuff. You definitely see and feel the family business influence at every aspect of the hotel. Can highly recommend the place for a calm and relaxing weekend!

Nice place but the kitchen is extremely rigid. We were told for dinner the only option was a six course gala dinner (expensive). They would not offer any other food. Only option was to walk through the snow into town to find another place. Pretty surprising that hotel staff would tell a very pregnant woman they could not make any snack for her other than a six course meal, and force her to head out at night. Never experienced something like this before
