The room was spacious and comfortable, the whole hotel was clean. The breakfast was not very good but contained different dishes

I am a Contant creator and an influencer with over 2 million followers on TikTok. I even explained this to them while I was checking in that I do wig reviews online while the maid clean my room she threw away two very expensive wigs that I had not even did the video for when I asked him to compensate me for destroying my property they pretended like they didn’t speak English and said that there was nothing they could do.

First the hotel tried to cancel my reservation without any reason although I already paid and the reservation was confirmed. After I called the booking website (agoda) they called the hotel and confirmed the booking. Then when I reached the hotel they said my room does not have a window although clearly in the pictures there is windows, after arguing with them they gave a room with a window. However, they put me in a room next to all the outdoor AC machines and the loud noise is non-stop and the wall is literally shaking. I called the reception to change the room and they claimed they only have windowless rooms. Horrible experience. Attached view from my room.

SLEEP ON THE STREET INSTEAD OF THIS HOTEL! We‘ve been there for 4 nights and booked one of the „deluxe/superior“ rooms at the sixth floor. Everytime someone used the elevator there was a loud bang in our room. We reported the issue at the reception and the answer was „ oh yes, we‘re aware of it, but can‘t fix it“. The room was really dirty aswell as the bedsheets! In a nutshell this hotel is really not worth the money.

My stay in this hotel was not the best. The reason why I chose this accommodation was that my cousin recommended me this hotel because he stayed there before. We were two young girls from Germany and stayed there for 3 nights. The first thing which we found weird was that they recommended us a room with no windows and after we asked for a room with a window they told us that they cost +100 lira per night. Why would you even have a room without windows? But honestly the room was not that bad. It was just a little dark. The second thing which shocked us more was the fact that on our last night someone tried to enter our room at 2am on a Saturday. I suppose that they thought we were going out that night. As we surely all heard about the things which happen to young girls in Turkey the situation was not acceptable. In the moment in which the unknown person wanted to enter our room we immediately woke up because of the alarm which goes on if you lock the door (which we did). After the door unlocked I said ‘excuse me?’ in Turkish. The person said ‘Sorry‘ and closed the door. My friend and I were really triggered by this situation. I called the reception and asked why unknown people can enter the room without us knowing. He explained to me that he gave him the wrong card for his room. But how come? I am sure that he room was shown as ‘reserved’ in the system. The next day was our check out and I told the receptionist about what happened that night. He told me that he is going to take care of that. We checked out in the morning but had to leave our baggage there because our flight was later that day. When we returned to the hotel the receptionist told me that the person who wanted to enter our room was a couple. But in my opinion it does not matter what kind of person/couple it was.
