They are always friendly and helpful here. The room I had was very nice. Housekeeping was friendly and did a great job. I will stay here again if I ever go back.

Very central, big rooms with airconditioning, good beds, big bathroom, kitchenette and great value for money. Remember, this is not a five star hotel - so compare apples with apples.

hi, i get to the hotel to discover its in BAD condition, the beds are uncomfortable at all! , smokey, musty, very noisy, not cleaned! old elevator capacity , in bad location not as indicated in web! its not on main street, down a slop. Not recommended at all

Clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast, good for cooking your own meals, reasonable price given the very convenient location (3 mins from Taksim square) very friendly and helpful staff, and if you are from sexual and gender minorities you will surely feel safe and respected here. Water temperature and pressure is great but pressure is a bit inconsistent in the third floor (still good though so if you prefer higher floor go for it)
