Great location with excellent accessibility to train stations and bus services. They provide free breakfast till 10am and drinks. Staff would replenish food for breakfast as soon as the food is almost finished. Many 24 hours marts within 100m radius. Eateries are within walking distance. Main shopping district is just 10 mins walk away. Great stay!

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Some sweet breads and small things provided for a quick breakfast snack too so that was handy. We booked a non smoking room but it had a distinct smell of smoke in it so maybe it's only been recently converted (to give them the benefit of the doubt)... The room was clean and functional otherwise... But it still felt just a bit more yuck with the constant smoke smell in everything...

Conveniently located hotel, in Shinjuku. Close to the main hustle and bustle but away from the main thoroughfare to maintain some calmness. We booked a deluxe double and asked for a street view room, but the room was quite small. We asked if we could upgrade, for a fee, to a larger twin room. We paid an additional £80. The room had no view as there was a building next to the window, but as we were not in the room during the day and used the hotel as a base to rest, we were not too bothered. We're pleased we upgraded as we had more space for our belongings. We still had to do some rearranging in the room for our suitcases but we soon found a way around the limited space we had, despite the upgrade. The room quiet, comfortable beds, and decent bathroom. The only negative is the lack of hooks to hang clothes. Coffee and tea are provided in the room, although there is a hit drinks machine in the lounge area by reception. There is a laundry area, and a drinks machine and ice machine on one of the floors. Breakfast was great. Mainly bread items, sweet and savory but to be honest for a few days it's fine. There are a couple of lounge areas for guests to relax. Reception staff were friendly and helped when needed. Rooms were cleaned daily and well. There are some shops nearby for any provision and food options galore nearby. A sound option for a hotel. May not be suitable for people wanting rooms with a view, lots of space, gluten free breakfast options. Ok for a short visit and a clean comfortable place to rest.

Room: Double bed room but small size, cannot open the 28 inch suitcase in the room. No view in the room, no natural light. Bathtub is small but ok for woman. Service: Very polite and helpful. Provide coffee, hot chocolate and donuts in the lobby until 10pm. There’s also a lounge near the lobby, very comfortable sofa there. Free bread and beverages from 7am to 10am. Provide Fuji water in the service counter. Location: Good. Not far from metro.

Modern Minimalist style Hotel at Shinjuku. Quite away from the busy area but in convenient location. Rooms and style are new. But there's lacking amenities provided in comparison to other hotels nearby. Small snacks and coffee during the day but ends at 10pm.
