Absolutely terrible experience staying here. Not only was there mold all around my room did a terrible job painting over but there was no hot water and the ac/heat was not working. The staff, aside from the bartender, was rude and made no effort to help or change my room or even my hotel despite the unsanitary conditions of the room. I don't often write reviews like this but I don't want anyone else to have this same experience with this terrible property. Spend your money somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Reading reviews before we came here we expected a nightmare, but we actually got an amazing 10 nights! Hotel is in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to the public transports, offering shuttle service to and from airport. Rooms are very big, comfortable and clean with very nice bathrooms. Pool is not huge, but very suitable for the size of hotel and very clean. Staff is so helpful and amazing, provided us all the info we needed and even more. Huge shoutout for the driver as he was our “first impression” and gave us helpful tips and showed us how to navigate around. Also reception and breakfast staff was always welcoming and friendly! Breakfast is not great but not terrible. For €11 per person we got, if not more, than exactly what I expected. Also we had a lunch in the hotel from a la carte menu which was fairly good and very cheap (€35 for 2 beers, sangria, cappucino, huge chicken fillet and sizzle steak with chips and salad/eggs on the side). One bad thing that we could single out are thin walls and noise from the rooms around, but it didn't affect us much at all

Hello, the door is very difficult to open and it creaks terribly. We had to ask for assistance from reception. Window blinds do not open. The stand of the shower in the bathroom wobbles and because of this the direction of the water stream cannot be adjusted. The toilet seat also wobbles. The top layer of the tub is broken. I really had to write remarks right away. Now maybe I'm missing something.
