I want to love this place. I really enjoyed our stay but there were some issues. Let's talk about the positive first 1) Rachel was awesome and provided great customer service. 2) The hotel was clean and seems to have been remodeled recently. 3) The breakfast service rep was very helpful, friendly and refilled all of the items in a timely manner (sorry I missed his name). 4) Location was very convenient to the aquarium. 5) The pool was heated. 6) There was a Keurig coffee machine in the room and 24/7 hot coffee with FRENCH VANILLA CREAMER in the lobby. The negatives, which would prevent me from going back: 1) No ac, even though you usually do not need it, it is disruptive to have to keep the window open to get fresh air. 2) The pool filter was not working and the pool looked like it had accumulated dirt. 3) The shower head was very basic and sprayed water in all directions (I still do not understand why hotel bathrooms are not designed differently). Overall, the place was good for our family and we would recommend it to other people. Our average stay for the night was also high in my opinion for a Saturday night in September at a little over $200.

Clean comfortable and quiet rooms in this small hotel. 15 minutes from most everything. Safe parking. Dog friendly. Minimal breakfast included, but they had warm breakfast sandwiches which were great to go. Fresh coffee. Nice staff. Sandwiched between to a hoppin restaurant with quick to go food and denny's on the other side.

Best Best Western Inn I’ve ever stayed. -all staffs are so friendly Just like staying in 4-5 Stars hotel. Special kudos to Sterling , Amy , Marlene , Sharon (manager). Housekeeper & maintenance. - good breakfast considering it’s a 2 stars hotel. - Amy & Sterling kept replenishing the breakfast area and kept it clean. - I saw Sterling cleaned up the tables & chairs so clean including the legs 👌. - warm coffee available in rooms and lobby - we booked 2 rooms for 2 nights on Thanksgiving . Rooms & bathroom size are spacious enough. Pet friendly. GREAT SERVICE & TEAM!! Will return

I had a great experience staying here between October 22-24, 2023. My husband and I, along with two other friends, booked a room for four people. The room and breakfast were good, kind of what I expected. What stood out was the service. I flew across the globe to join the rest who already resided in USA and I had a jet lag and could not sleep at night. I went down to the lobby to hang out forgetting my room number. The female staff was so helpful and willing to help. After my second attempt to sleep, I gave up and went down to the lobby again while everyone else was asleep. I asked the same female staff for the wifi password and hung out in the lobby until probably 6am. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed there. Her hospitality and friendliness deserve recognition. I forgot to ask her name, but I am sure she knows it when she sees this review. Thank you.
