As mentioned in many other reviews, Blu Pacific is extremely clean and well maintained. Even the public tables and chairs are kept neat and tidy. It's a gem indeed. Service and amenities are limited, but there's still complimentary coffee and tea at the reception. Ample parking. It's near a busy road, but it's quiet. Lots of eateries nearby. Although we arrived early, we were able to leave our luggage with the hotel and then went out to explore Monterey before returning at 2pm to check in (official check in time is either 3pm or 4pm). Provided you are driving, this hotel is great value for money. I will stay here again. Highly recommended.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. We only stayed one night but would have been comfortable here on a longer stay. The rooms are nice and do not feel like hotel rooms. The Jacuzzi tub was a bonus. There were ceiling fans in the rooms.

That is really reasonable price and place is like the photo that they uploaded in their website, clean and good to stay. For this price is really good. Just the air conditioner made some noise but we were tired and used to it.

On arrival we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception who dealt with check in efficiently and very friendly. Room had all amenities you would expect and was clean. Only comment I would make is this is a motel style venue which means you can park your car outside your room - great for luggage handling but some may worry about security compared with a normal hotel where you have to get passed reception!
