Horrible area to live in, theres creepy guys EVERYWHERE, genuinely a huge safety risk staying here. Our room is full of ants and the toilet can barely flush. The aircondition barely works and makes a louddd sound everytime we tried to use it. My first time using the shower doors was interesting, one of the doors fell right onto my head. The guy at reception wouldn't help me.

My husband and I really enjoyed the location of this hotel, however, the rooms are in tough shape, and our room had an odor as well. Wifi didn't work, and the man at the reception desk at the time could not be bothered to put any effort into trying to troubleshoot this.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Garibaldi station, that's a great connection point and all of the tourist main parts of the city can be easily reached by foot. Area, as in every city around the main train stations, is a bit dirty and sketchy, but we did not feel unsafe. Some nights it was a bit more noisy, but this can be easily solved with earplugs. Stuff was nice and the breakfast amazing. Our room had a bit of weird smell (nothing terrible) and the bathroom door could not be fully closed. The wifi did not work properly, furniture was a bit shabby and I would really appreciate bedside table lamp. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel as a very solid budget acommodation.
