We stayed for one night, and it was quite pleasant. The hotel is very comfortable, with a comprehensive and delightful buffet breakfast. The staff is friendly, fluent in English, and some speak Spanish. I would stay again without hesitation. The cleanliness and decor are noteworthy—beautiful and comfortable.

I stayed here for a work event and really enjoyed it. There was a problem with the first room I stayed in but they moved me very quickly after the first night and I really enjoyed the rest of the stay. Amazing views, very central location, and fantastic service from all the staff I spoke to. I don't normally sleep well in hotels but I slept really well here. It's true that there are some bits of the hotel that could do with a bit of maintenance, but overall I think it's good value for money and would definitely stay again. Thank you! (P.S. You should also check out "Kitebeer" which is in the alley just around the corner from the hotel!)

We have stayed at NH for 25 years…starting with our honeymoon. I have stayed at NH for both business and pleasure. I stay because I like consistency! The front desk staff are always pleasant and helpful. Any questions or concerns I may have they find an answer. The cleaning staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean and have all my needs. The location for both my business needs and pleasure is perfect. I use the Metro and it is a very short walking distance. But my highlight is the view! When I am finished a long day I can stand by the window and watch fireworks over the castle, some nights watch a concert at the palace, or a beautiful sunset! I highly recommend the NH whether you are vacationing with family and friends, or on a business trip!

We were here 3 nights. It's a clean and nice hotel overall. In our first room the a/c wasn't working correctly. The gentleman came in to fix it but it didn't help. I asked for a fan...no fan. I asked for the manager...not there. Finally, they gave us a different room on the same floor but much smaller (same price?) as the first. Absolutely no price adjustment, no offer of a free breakfast or even a drink from the bar. Getting some ice to take to my room was quite a task. The few times we were near the restaurant it was always closed. We had to go next door for coffee and breakfast.

Location and service very good. The breakfast was also 4 star. It was very good in quality. The coffee was good. The bad sides are; One of the elevator was out of order during our stay(5 days) The smell was awful in our bathroom and it never ended during our stay. The hotels entrance and the lobby was extremely cold. Since the location and cleaning was very very good, it is 3/4 stars rated.
