One of the better hotels I have stayed at while in Naples. My room was fairly nice and had an excellent air conditioning unit. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even at 3 am. The location is good with plenty of food options in walkable distance. My only complaints are that the shower floor was very dirty, and I had no ironing board or iron available.

What a great hotel for tourists. The comfort plus rooms with the whirlpool are very spacious by Italy standards, excellent staff! All speak English as well. Bag storage, small bar, excellent and I mean the best breakfast spread for free breakfast! Thank you JFK!

The room itself was pretty good, really nice bathroom, everything clean and looked good, except a rip in the bed sheets. But the noise and positioning of the hotel is the worst! It's literally on the train tracks. Our view out of the bedroom window looked like something out of a war film! And out the other side is an old dated 'theme park' with lights flashing and people screaming and shouting until midnight. It's also in an undesirable area and I didn't like the idea of walking around there at night, especially over the railway bridge and side path which was one of the only ways to get to the hotel. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment also, but very strong drinks in the bar! Wouldn't recommend if you're staying in naples or planning or travelling around.
