Inside has marble and tile everywhere. Room has parquet wood floor. Very nice bathroom w shower and bidet. Clean sheets and towels. Great bed. Warm room. I like the strange black and white themed Art Deco type decor in the rooms/lobby/bar/restaurant. Reminds me of The Man In the High Tower vibe. Very high ceilings on the ground floor. Feels like a former government building. Excellent staff! Close to the Napoli Zoo. Close to metro. Close to sushi.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were average(the air conditioning was horrible!! Our room got to 27 degrees at night and because we were on the ground floor, we did not feel comfortable leaving the window open. Got maintenance to check it twice and was told it worked(not). Food was not great so don't recommend eating there. Only plus is it is close to the soccer stadium. I would say 2-3 star at best!

We had a pleasant stay for 4 nights. Pros - black out blinds, helpful reception staff, clean modern rooms Cons - very basic breakfast, cleaners steal from your room. We had multiply items stollen, I also left a trap on the desk to see if they would go through my travel money wallet and they did. Very untrustworthy, I reported this to the reception staff on our departure, they didn't seems surprised or offer any compensation. I would stay again but would certainly lock everything away! Very close to under and over ground train stations.
