This was a very clean hotel. It had all the amenities you need, tea/coffee, hair dryer and toiletries. The station is about a five min walk and a supermarket about 2 mins. I could not complain about the room itself, however, it was at a constant temp of 29 degrees (this was january), we complained about this to the reception who just said they would look at it, there was no air con, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We could open the windows, however the railway line was right behind us and was too noisy to have the windows open at night ( the windows did shut out the noise when closed) . We complained on our first night and every morning, but they were not interested and did nothing to resolve this. Only on our last day did they offer to move us. Breakfast had a good variety and choice, however, there was not much of each item, presumably because of the time if year, but you did not want to ask for more, the staff were mainly in the kitchen and one day I took a roll which was so hard you couldn't bite it, we could only assume it was left from the previous day. Unfortunately, we would not consider staying here again.

One of the best hotels we've stayed in Italy. The rooms are clean and well-designed. The service is top-notch. On our last day we had to catch an early morning flight and the hotel actually gave us packed breakfast. Never had that happen anywhere!

We had a great stay at this hotel on our visit to Naples earlier this year. The staff was very helpful and guided us on the closest public transportation spots. On the last day, We mentioned that our flight was very early in the morning and wanted to check out the night before itself, and they offered to have packrd breakfast boxes ready for us. We really appreciate the gesture, we were not expecting this at all.

A beautiful 3-star hotel in Napoli. Near to Metro Station and the Train Station. Excellent and kind staff. European breakfast. Everyday clean service. You have the option to utilize the cleaning services (washing or/and ironing clothes) with an economical fee. You can find a bar and a restaurant which are open nearly the whole day. The only con about the hotel is that it is located in an area that is not within walking distance from the center of the city (25 to 30 minutes of walking).
