I recently took a break from work and stayed at the Best Western hotel in Golden with my family, and it was the perfect choice for us. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and caring, which immediately put us at ease and made us feel welcome. The morning breakfast was not only good but also had a variety of options, ensuring a great start to our day. The kids absolutely loved the pool and had a fantastic time splashing around and having fun. We were pleased to find ample parking space, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Moreover, the rooms were impeccably clean, providing a comfortable and inviting space for my family to relax. Overall, our experience here was wonderful, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in need of a family-friendly and welcoming accommodation.

Easy to find. great staff. Room and pool were both very clean. Breakfast had loads of options and was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful especially about road conditions. I felt it was a good price for what we received too.

Although dated, this facility has upgraded some elements of the hotel. The whole hotel is clean and tidy. Our room was also clean and well appointed. Everything in the room worked and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was quite good (included) and the coffee was good too. I would stay here again.

Front desk attendant was very nice, hotel was okay. Overall was a pretty decent hotel what really ruined the experience was the house cleaning attendant knocking on the door an hour before check out time asking when I was gonna check out. Found him sitting outside waiting when I left around half an hour later, mind you it was before the checkout time. Patience is key.

Nice hotel, nice pool, great breakfast. Our bathroom had a lot of hair on the floor and even some on the walls and ceiling. I assume the wall and ceiling hair was transferred from a cloth when someone was cleaning the room, but regardless, it was gross. So, although we enjoyed our two-night stay, the hair in the bathroom was very off-putting. Also, the water pressure in the shower was terrible. Not sure if that is true of all rooms or just ours. All-in-all, a decent experience, though.
