The room looks generally quite old so not very nice looking. The lights in the room are pretty dark, it's missing a real ceiling light in the sleeping area. The AC remote was missing a battery cell so we had to call in the middle of the night for one. They don't even provide a free bottle of water, instead charging 10500 for one. The Spa inside the hotel is hard to reach as it's handled externally, we are told the wrong opening hours, we don't know the prices or phone before going there. The service checking the mini bar knocks 3 times and directly opens the room door without leaving us time to answer, and they excuse it as fine since it's protocol. The breakfast is good and some things are but it's also full of bad practices and incompetence in this hotel. Do not recommend, not worth of 5 stars.

I recently traveled to Colombia with a Mexican packaged tour group (Baluartes de Mazatlan). This hotel was an excellent choice for me and all of our group as it provided us with all amenities, great service, wonderful breakfasts, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very helpful staff and bar. Thank you for making my stay pleasant!

It's a cheap hotel. Worth only it if you are looking for a place where to sleep but little more. The building and instalations look old and outdated. The TV in the room is old and only have basic channels, room cleaning is optional. The food is bland and if you paid for your stay with breakfast they'll give you as little as possible and will deny you even if you ask for one extra little piece of bread.
