Location is OK, but neighborhood is very sketchy. Service was fine. What you could expect from a standard hotel I'd say. Room had a nice look, but bathroom not functioning that well. Some noise from the hallway. And a lot of noise from the street. Bring some earplugs. Bed was great though. Breakfast was decent. Wouldn't say 5 star, but likely 3 star hotel.

The rooms are OK: nothing too fancy, but they are indeed spacious and they have all that is needed, and so are the bathrooms. Perhaps the upkeep of the rooms is not their strong point (missing toilet roll holder, scuffs on the walls, etc). The breakfast buffet is varied and there is something for everyone. The location of the hotel is very dodgy: although just off Omonia, the area is very much run down, dirty and with some dodgy characters walking around, although we have never been pestered. The hotel staff was OK, but definitely not friendly: the reception team found it tough to crack a smile and the breakfast waitresses were more interested in finishing their chittychat than clearing the tables or even greeting the customers. It appeared that there was lack of management and direction.

Location : close to Omonia. From there, easy access to everything by metro. One metro ticket is 1,20 - 1,30 euro. Airport metro is 9 euro. The hotel : Breakfast : nice, big buffet. Staff : very nice, had no problems with any of the staff. Nice security guard, nice reception desk staff, cleaners. All good. Area : not the best and I understand some people feel unsafe a bit but look at it this way : Omonia is about 300 meters. Halfway, if you take a left side street from Socrates, there is a police station where police officers always stand outside. I really couldn't feel unsafe in this short distance. Busy area day and night. You kind of never walk alone there.

The rooms were very spacious and the breakfast was also nice. A complimentary bottle of wine was also available on check in inside the room. The hotel is just 5 minutes walk from Omonia metro station, The bathroom floor towels were not replaced by housekeeping and it was still not provided despite complaining. The approach to the hotel has some homeless people around, however they mind their own business.

I and my family had the misfortune of staying at your hotel from Nov 13 till Nov 16. During our stay, we have encountered some unsatisfactory services and treatment. Since we arrived on Nov 13 at around 10 am, we were given room no 603. We found that the door handle of the bathroom was broken. On Nov. 15, I left the hotel with my daughter leaving my husband inside the room. I was surprised to receive a call from my husband where he got entrapped inside the bathroom and could not open the door. He tried calling the reception from the bathroom phone, yet he could not get through anyone. Fortunately he had his mobile set with him so he called me and I was away from the hotel. He called me and in return I tried calling the hotel many times with no answer. He tried many times using the bathroom phone till he succeeded by chance to reach out to them. The reception sent a technician to release the door. Back to the hotel, I talked to the reception lady (Maria) for not answering. The lady was talking in a very unprofessional way and insulted me of being impolite. I had to push her computer screen as she left me and talked to her phone leaving me behind. She threatened that she will call the police and I accepted to wait for the police after being insulted in such a rude and disrespectful way. The police officer came and I narrated to him what exactly happened and you can download the CCTV to verify everything and see how offended I was. I was really shocked by the level of ignorance in treating your hotel guests.
