We had a great 4 night stay at the Boutique Hotel Galatea. The staff members were super friendly and attentive to all of our needs. The front desk arranged taxis for us when we needed them. The breakfast was perfect and had a wide variety of pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, and the best cappuccinos and hot chocolate. The rooms were cute and had all the necessities. However, the door was a bit tricky to get into the room because it was an actual key. The location is pretty central in every direction if you don’t mind walking some. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would stay here if I come back to Rome.

The staff at this hotel is really welcoming and helps in any way they can to make your stay the best possible. The breakfast is basic but really tasty and the rooms are clean and got everything you'll need for the stay. Also, it is situated close to the main attractions but at the same time it's not in the heart of all the chaos. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I'm back in Rome.

A really excellent hotel! It had everything that you need. Very clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast and very quiet despite our worries being in the center of Rome. The rooms are looking towards an inner courtyard so it is rather quiet. Only slight noise in the morning around 7:00 when they prepare the breakfast but not too much. They try to be quiet. Exceptionally kind staff! The location is excellent and seemed safe. 7 min walk from metro station and 10 min to Trevi.

Excellent location, just by via Nazionale. 10 minutes walk to either Termini Central Station and Cavour Metro station. The Colosseum is also a short walk away. We loved the breakfast as well as the staff, who went the extra mile to ensure I'd get lactose-free alternatives for the breakfast. The cleanliness also deserves a mention :) We booked the cheapest room, and it was of a decent size even if I was expecting it to be a bit brighter. I would only beware of the fact that it's an old building so sound insulation is not the best - but nothing that a pair of earplugs cannot solve :)

Service was great. We arrived in the morning before 11am after a long flight and they offered us a seat at the breakfast area. They served us coffee and cake as well while we waited for our room to be ready. The staff was always very friendly. Room wasn’t the most spacious but it was sufficient for us and most importantly it’s clean. The daily breakfast was decent as well. Location isn’t too bad. It’s not too far from other attractions like Colosseum. It’s also a few min walk away from the nearest Metro which is a few stations away from Vatican City. All in all, we enjoyed our 2 nights there.
