I didn't sleep a lot. No shutters, the room was really hot, the bathroom smelled really bad and was unsanitary, there is almost nothing at the breakfast, some sort of croissant packaged and there was a lot of noise during the night. When I arrived I had to wait 20 minutes because they thought my reservation was not paid. I stayed only one night instead of three, I would not recommend this place.

They agreed to refund our friends' reservation due to a rare circumstances, although the room wasn't refundable. I will stay here in my next trip for sure.

Really amazing location you can walk to all main sights! Clean room (we booked standard double size which is I think better than the small double size room). Perfect for a city trip!

nice location. close to the colosseum, spanish stairs, termini station. very good italian restaurant by the hotel. on the plus side: + location + breakfasts minus: - a musty room and sewage system in the room that you cannot stay in it without an open balcony. - the rooms need refreshment because the walls are very dirty and damaged -problem with checking in after 23, the only way to pick up the keys is to order a taxi from the airport, which will provide the keys.

The name of the hotel was changed to DEM Hotel since February 2018. This is a very small hotel located at the 1st floor. It's not easy to find but quite good. The breakfast is really good and you will get real coffe. The room is clean. The location is good for tourists with 10 min walking distans from Termini and 20 minutes from Colossus and other interesting spots. I can recommend this hotel for couples whom will visit to Rome.
