Horrible experience. Apart from rooms, it has a bar in the basement. We were located on the ground floor. That night, the owner rented the bar for a birthday party, causing unbearable noise. We left around 2 am to sleep at a friend's place because we had to wake up early the next morning. The next day, the owner refunded only part of the money, despite knowing in advance that the party could be loud. Additionally, there's no 24/7 reception despite the website's claims.

Absolutely fantastic! The rooms are super clean and the location is great! 5 min to the city centre, 20 min to the lake by public transport.

Horrible. Dirty and not maintained. The sink was the size of a plate, rooms had very weird smell of unclean space. No hangers in the wardrobe, the furniture was defective. Would not recommend.

Its a really nice place with cozy rooms and great facilities. Really cheap for what they offer, given that its in the middle of Croatia's capital. The rooms are pretty and very clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful. They say they offer parking but it's really small place and limited spots, but you can also park on the street, as its free city parking. The surrounding area is not the best, but you can take the tram right from in front of the hotel, or walk 20 minutes to the city center. All in all, great accomodation.
