We recently stayed at Hotel Milano in Rotterdam and had a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the size of the room for three people, which was quite spacious. However, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, making it quite hot. On the upside, the bathroom had a modern design, and overall we had a clean room and clean common area in the hotel. In addition, fortunately, the room was equipped with an efficient air conditioning system, which was a lifesaver as we visited during a hot spell with temperatures around 30 degrees in the city. The room was well-appointed, featuring a small fridge, a coffee machine, a safe box, a TV, and a hairdryer – everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the standout aspects of our stay was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The only downside was the noise level in the room. We could hear sounds from outside and the activities of other guests in the hallway, including taking the stairs and closing their room doors. Overall, considering the great value for the service provided, I would recommend Hotel Milano for your stay in Rotterdam.

The hotel is 20 minutes far from the city centum. But the advantage that the bus stop Tiendplein is just 5 minutes from it. It was cold in the room, we found no slippers but the floor was really cold. Among pluses I can enumerate tasty breakfast, coffee machine in the room, but the stairs were steep, no bath (just shower), the air-condition did not warm the room, cold floor and high price for location not in the city centre. I like also a folder where they mentioned all the places of attraction in Rotterdam

It's an excellent example of a hotel with the star rating it bears. Clean bedroom with attached wet room is well appointed and the included breakfast has a lot of choice.

Our first impression was bad. Because our flight landed early we came to ask if we could check ik early (around 10am). The lady told us that no rooms were ready and we could leave our bags. Which is totally okay. We cam back around 13:30. And there was an old lady by the reception. Our room was still not ready. She was not friendly and rude. She told us we could put our bags in the room and gave us a keycard. We had to walk outside to get to an other building to get to our rooms. As we were entering, she came running to tell us she gave us the wrong room and we had to go back. She made a mistake in names etc. We got an other room and when we went to the room it was not ready. But as the other party walked in our first room, we saw that room was ready. I think they could be a little more accommodating and give is the room that was ready because we came so early. Secondly, the stairs are so steep and you have to climb them with your luggage. The room wad a nice size and clean. And we liked the breakfast.
