I was I little apprehensive as some of the reviews were not great, well ignore them. Location was only a 10 minute walk from central station and I did not feel unsafe walking the streets at night in that area. The room I had was great, big hard bed and nice walk in shower all of which was clean. Only issue was Aircon did not work, so was hot and no TV remote, not an issue for me. Check in was supper fast and so was check out. There is free coffee down stairs which was a nice touch. All in all I had a good stay. Staff are super friendly

I have a very bad experience with this hotel. Is old, dirty, very noisy. The carpet in the rooms is very dirty and they never clean it. Dirty and dark elevators. Leader armchairs in the living room, all broken. Very high price for a bad hotel. My reservation was for August and they charged in May the total amount illegally. I did the reservation with Hostelworld and paid 15% deposit, but they charged the total without discounting that deposit. Now they don´t want to return back the difference. So be careful that they don´t charge you more. It was the worse hotel I have been in my life.

Not the best place at all to stay in beautiful Rotterdam Location: 20 min to metro and 20 min to central station. And even it take smore time because there is a lot of building activity at the roads Room: Terrible! The double bedroom was small, and matrass was horrible. My colleague who had another room has been bitten of bedbugs. So people , check the bed when you get the room, and the freeze your traveling bag in a fridge after staying in this hotel Bathroom : was spacious, OK. Cleaning: every day but late /after 16.00 pm Breakfast and dining room: very narrow chairs, feeling as u seat at the train. Breakfast – on very tight budget, coffee was OK. Service at des: nice young people, who know little about hotel and never ever saw the manager’s face in real life. So they are not so motivated to make this hotel a better place. Elevator: the gloomiest spot. Many times it was stopped between the floors. Teleport hotel – belongs to the chain of the hotels with the same name in other European cities with 1 owner. I do not recommend this hotel in Rotterdam and also other cities in Europe. They charge money for terrible service.

I have been with my husband in this Hostal and it was the worse experience of our lifes. The photos you on the web are not real. This hostal is old, dirty, expensive. The carpet is disgusting, TV and iar conditioning not working. Be careful becouse they charged more money in your credit card and three months before you arrive they charge the total but without discount the money you paid to Booking, Expedia or other Platform. Then they never return back the extra money they charged.
