Amazing localization, just behind the USA’s Embassy. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast, could be better but, you have nice coffee and mini croissants. Staff super nice, they will help you through your stay.

Bathroom smell super bad, AC doing the noise of an helicopter so you have to decide if you wanna die for the heat, or not sleep for the clanking. Room full of mosquitos, water not coming from the tap, used tampons in the bins and used soap in the shower. VERGOGNA.

This place is a solid 4/5. Yes, it might not be a true 4 star hotel, being a boutique hotel/inn, but in my opinion the service, room to price ratio, it still deserves a decent review. The front desk is always there and always greet you whenever you pass by. The only downside is the elevator is small and slow, plus there is a small stair to the elevator, so if you are bringing heavy luggage, be prepared. The hotel is located in 5th floor and has 7 rooms. Cleanliness wise, I think it is quite clean. Room is spacious with nicely sized bathroom. Breakfast consists of croissant, bread, cereal, meat, cheese, yoghurt, water and orange juice. Oh you can request coffee too; their cappucino is quite nice imho. Location wise, it is in quiet area, about 8mins walk to spanish step and 13mins to trevi fountain, so it is okay.
