My mother and I stayed here in late September 2022. While the location is very convenient (just a few minutes walk from Rome Termini) you do have to walk past dozens of young men loitering on Via Giovanni Giolitti which made us feel quite uncomfortable. Fortunately we didn't have any issues. The street the B&B itself is a block away though and has some nice restaurants on it. The owner Marco was super super helpful, going above and beyond to help us get in contact with our tour operator when we found out I was unable to make phone calls on my phone. We really appreciated that! The room itself was nice and had decent air conditioning. There is a safe, but it's too small for even a small laptop. The bathroom really needs a toilet roll holder! And there's no breakfast option despite being a "B&B" :)

Strongly recommended! My family’s flights were postponed to quite late in the midnight, and the hotel staff (Marco) waited until later than 1:30AM for the check-in, thank you so much! And he has also been very helpful with recommending sightseeings in Rome and telling my family how to find the transportation to the airport, we are very satisfied with his great service. The hotel location is also very central, making it easier to get to anywhere. For people who are visiting Rome the first time it’s very convenient. Overall thanks for the positive experience!

Location 3 min from metro station, Room very clean, tidy and big with heating and air-conditioning, big toilet. You are gonna feel like home. I felt welcome by Marco and his wife, both very friendly. They will give you all attention and help you need during your stay. I definitely recommend this place.
