The room was nice and recently renovated. The location was good, very close to all the attractions and to the bus stop. No or broken curtains in the bathroom with windows facing another house. No privacy. There was an incident with the hotel staff. We were not supposed to have cleaning (the hotel provides cleaning once in 5 days and we stayed two nights). We also had a no disturb sign on the door. Despite these two facts, we were disturbed by someone opening the door and sneaking in without even knocking. The hotel receptionist confirmed that there was no cleaning scheduled for our room. Yet she tried to provide different excuses for someone entering our room, e.g., ‘the person misunderstood the red no disturb sign and thought the cleaning was needed’ - but no cleaning was confirmed, right? Also, sneaking in without knocking and not knowing what a no disturb sign means? It was very suspicious and we did not feel safe afterwards. No reaction from the hotel management followed.

We arrived a few minutes after the reception closed at 16:00. There was a number to call to get the keys, and we finally got them about 1h and 30 mins of stress. The room was clean, location superb and the breakfast was great. We found one strange looking bug under our cloths in the morning. Not sure if it came from the window during night.

Perfect! The room was clean and beatifull! Good breakfast the location of the hotel is perfect! In the center 500 meter from the Casino. Perfect hotel with fair price
