We booked a suite, which contains also a living room area. The bed and pillows were for me comfortable, room was clean and quiet. Not far away from city center. I don’t like that in shower area so much because there is only a piece of glass to separate the dry area, which was apparently not big enough so the water splashed a lot on the dry floor. Parking in hotel charges 15€/night, but there is also opportunities to find free parking space along nearby small streets. Breakfast is 19€/pro person. According to my personal experience there are enough great Café offering satisfying breakfast menu in the city center.

We had a reservation for 15.10.2023. We arrived at the hotel at around 4PM and there was a receptionist with a beard in a very bad mood and unfriendly. After he gave us the number of the parking place , we accidently missunderstood and replaced the number 9 with number 6… after our check in , we got a call from him yelling that we have to move to car right now! “REMOVE YOUR CAR , NOW!!!” After I came down to repark the car I told him that there is no need to yell but he continued… people like this should not work on those kinda positions.

Friendly and helpful staff, good located (just behind Roomers and in close proximity of the Festspielhouse. There is (paid) parking in front of the hotel, and a spacious public parking 150 meters away behind roomers. The rooms are certainly spacious and feel premium, equipped with a little microwave and coffee machine. TV could be bigger, but no deal breaker for me. It’s more of a residences hotel, with rooms perfect for a longer stay, but no in-house restaurant (only breakfast) nor bar. Would have loved to see something in the minibar as a compensation for the lack of the aforementioned. Unfortunately, no gym either. Great value nonetheless.
