My partner and I stayed here for one night and had an amazing time. We had a King room with a balcony on the 3rd floor. Beautiful views. Location is amazing; right in the heart of the town of Banff. No need to drive to explore, we were able to walk around. The elevator was out of service during our stay, but the staff were so kind and helpful with carrying our luggage. We had breakfast included. The breakfast area was lovely and had lots of options (cereal, toast/bagels, hot savoury pastries, and sweep pastries, as well as coffee and tea). We would totally stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Brewster Mountain Lodge! Beds and pillows were superior to most places. Location is phenomenal and it has heated parking! You can walk anywhere. Omg, it was so helpful. I would definitely stay again. The loft rooms are quiet and have a great view.

A quaint hotel right in downtown Banff. We booked 3 rooms at this hotel for its location and enjoyed our stay very much. The rooms had comfortable beds and clean. Breakfast was small but satisfying. The underground parking worked well for one of our vehicles that didn’t have a roof rack and the staff helped us find alternative parking for our larger vehicle. They have secured skis and boards lockers and the Lake Louise free shuttle was a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Our teenagers and their friends enjoyed walking around downtown Banff with everything nearby. Guest services and breakfast staff were always super friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We booked a Brewster Suite for a celebration weekend. The room was very clean and had the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept on in a hotel! Main part of the bathroom was very spacious but the water closet and shower room were very tight. Robes were cozy! We ordered an add-on to the trip called the Romance in the Rockies package. It was only worth it for the late check-in. Pedestrian wine and a small amount of chocolates. Do yourself a favour and get a local business to do you up a romance basket and deliver to the hotel for you...better value. The location was so good that our vehicle (which we paid extra to park under the hotel and that was worth it) did not move the entire weekend. The photos are the view from our suite.
