Having read some horror stories in these reviews, I thought I should share my experience. I was travelling on a budget, and switched to this hotel as it was half the price of the one I’d originally booked. The guests who criticised the old rooms and restricted views by the advert banner were correct, however, the rooms and hotel I experienced were spotlessly clean, did not smell, and very spacious. I slept well. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. For me, this was a good experience overall, and represented good value for money.

Staff was friendly and location was great. Apart from that, room is very old and has an extremely strong smell (old / cigarette) at the point that it was a bit difficult to breathe sometimes. Our clothes woke up next day smelling cigarette, like when you go to a nightclub where everybody smokes inside. Rooms are very big but very old.

Dear Comfort Suites, I am writing to complain about my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a room for four nights, from 20/07/2023 to 24/07/2023, and was very disappointed with the experience. Eli Moshe made the reservation When I arrived at the hotel, the room did not look like the pictures on the website. The bed was not made, the sheets were dirty, and there was a strong odor of smoke in the air. I immediately went to the front desk to complain, but the staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and dismissive. Over the next few days, I continued to have problems with the room. The toilet was frequently blocked, the shower had a weak flow, and the air conditioning was not working correctly. I complained to the staff several times, but they never seemed to take my complaints seriously. In addition to the problems with the room, I also had problems with the hotel staff. They were often rude and unhelpful, and they did not seem to care about the guests' experience. For example, one night I asked the front desk to call a taxi for me, but they refused. They said that they were too busy and that I would have to call a taxi myself. I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I expected to have a pleasant experience, but I was instead met with a series of problems. I am requesting a full refund for my stay. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. My experience at Bucharest Comfort Suites was truly exceptional, and a significant part of that was the warm and professional welcome I received from Andreea at the reception desk. Her friendly demeanor and attention to my needs made my entire stay incredibly enjoyable. Andreea went above and beyond in ensuring I had all the information about the hotel's amenities and provided valuable recommendations to explore Bucharest. Not only was Andreea exceptional in her approach, but the hotel's prime location in the heart of Bucharest was truly remarkable. Being within a short distance from numerous attractions and points of interest added tremendous convenience to my stay. Accessibility to restaurants, museums, and other highlights was a significant advantage. Andreea and the entire staff at Bucharest Comfort Suites displayed professionalism and a caring attitude toward guests that exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not only comfort but also an outstanding experience in a central location in Bucharest.

Im disappointed with our stay at the property. The room is very dirty and with bad smell as old and not fresh. The bathroom is also very dirty and the worst thing are the disgusting bugs in the bathroom - cockroachs. The shower is not working. Thay say that they have private parking, but they don't - only option is public parking. Bed linens were even with a big whole
