Wonderful hotel. We had a villa. Plenty of room and comfortable. The check in lady at the start was so rude to my partner. I was fuming. I did not find out till 2 days after the incident happened. She was treated like dirt and spoiled her stay. The other staff were brilliant. Food very God. The location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the lain food street. Or trendy streets. Highly recommend only except the check in lady

We adored our time at his hotel. The building is gorgeous and it was decorated preciously for Christmas. We thought to be inside a movie. The room was also beautiful and really comfortable. The people working there was so attentive and nice, giving great service and good advices to visit places and eat.

Rather excellent little hotel based in the old town. That may not be for everyone but certainly gives you a better flavour of true Bucharest. The hotel was quiet and comfortable. It may be a little tired in a couple of places but it actually adds to the charm a little bit. Special mention must be made for Sergio who greeted us on arrival and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He offered advice on everything from the best parks to visit and the ones to avoid to restaurants to even which towns miles out of Bucharest are the places to head too. Above and beyond service and invaluable at making our visit so much better.

Free (unguarded) parking right in front of the hotel. Central, yet cozy, quiet location. The breakfast could have been a bit more diversified. Maybe the rooms could have been a bit more ventilated. Due to the hot period we visited the location, we had to sleep with the air conditioning on, but after a few hours it started making weird squeaky noises, and we had to turn it off, which was not convenient. Besides those aspects, the rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Not really a bad experience overall.
