Unfortunately, after mistakenly booking a room in this hotel on the same day instead of the next, the hotel refused to reimburse us the money, even though we made the booking at 22:00. They claimed that they kept the room for us the whole night, even though they cancelled it after our call. A shame and looking into the other recent comments, we are glad that we were spared to be part of this hotel. Strongly advise against!

I stayed in this hotel for two days in October 2023. I enjoyed my stay a lot. Best part is location and everyday breakfast view. Stuff at the reception and restaurant is really friendly and helpful. Radu on reception helped me a lot with my city exploration and museums. My room on 5th floor was really cozy and clean. AC worked great and I had a really good restful sleep. I will use this hotel in the future and will recommend it to my friends. P.S. I appreciate them keeping an eye on my luggage before my check-in and after my check-out. I’ve arrived early and left

The hotel has a great location walking distance to most city highlights. You feel safe at all times. The Rooms are very nice, particularly the bathrooms.

There were multiple mosquitoes in the room, which made sleeping so difficult! I’m still suffering from those mosquitoe bites after 1 day! The room was like a cell in a prison! The door key didn’t work well, even the staff couldn’t open it easily! The view from the window was very bad. You can’t change it, but you can at least wash the windows! It was so dirty! The breakfast was too simple, not fresh, with so limited options! To me, it is a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star!
