I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Buono, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready with a warm smile and eager to assist with any request or inquiry. Whether it was recommending local attractions or arranging transportation, their knowledge and willingness to help made my trip all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself was equally impressive. The rooms were tastefully decorated and well-maintained, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel included a delicious breakfast spread that catered to all dietary preferences. The attention to detail and the overall cleanliness of the hotel truly made it a haven to return to after a day of exploring the city. Overall, my stay at Hotel Buono was a memorable one. The combination of the friendly and attentive staff, along with the comfortable and well-appointed accommodations, made it an exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Three-star hotel in one-star neighborhood. Stay here if you want to be near the airport or can’t afford to visit the worst parts of Brooklyn, NY. This would also be a good location for a heroine overdose. All in all, friendly staff, nice rooms, towels borrowed from a local prison, and great parking. I’ll come back again when the apocalypse comes.

I am also a little surprised the rating is so high. We stayed overnight during travel. The place just had very little going for it all around. The guy at the front desk didn't know where an atm was. Just a place you can skip.

The hotel service is very poor, the AC was not working all the night and literally we felt that we are on oven, and when we call the reception they said that they have technical issue and they can not fix it till morning. The breakfast is really disappointed, the staff can not speak English especially the night shift, the WiFi connection is very bad, for the double room they will give you two single beds. Overall it was horrible experience. Don't GO there RUN!!!!!!
