Stay of some months ago. Good position and nice buldings, but so blighted, chiefly inside. Too expensive in relation to the state of structure, and to effective quality and services. Basic accommodation. Not very helpful and not kind staff. A really bad experience was the lingering smell of “coocked” all aorund, in hall, in the stairs...and in the garden. Horrible. I think I would not go back there and …maybe I'm not sure to recommend to go. They show so good picture of building and garden but the reality it’s different: for example I saw laundry and dresses exposed at the windows in the garden, and general decay! So slovenly. That’s the reasons for they are not worth the asking price.

Really friendly and maximally helpful staff. The place is clean and the location is perfect, close to transport and to great locations. The rooms are in a shared house , and can be really noisy, you can hear all of your neighbors. The bathroom appliances sometimes faulty and in need of repairs.The double beds are just two single beds placed next, so there is a gap between them. The breakfast on week days are great and fresh, on the weekend not so much. The overall experience was good and the price was reasonable.

Excellent place for a short stay in Rome. Location was perfect as it made it easy to travel around. Room is spacious, comfy, clean and very safe. Staff was very friendly. lots of cafes nearby too. Only downside was the poor wifi but would recommend none the less!
