Rooms are OK, although a little tired. Had to ask for a connector to fit our adapter as wasn't standard. No milk for coffee, no cups and when we did ask for them the maid took them away the next day!!! Why? Breakfast was a decent selection. location was great about 100 yards from St Marks Square, give or take some alleys, side streets, ginnels and bridges

Amazing location, staff are very friendly and welcome you. They always make sure you have what you need and are comfortable. Breakfast was very different, and delicious. The rooms were amazing! Very large, and have everything you need and more. Very pleased with our stay, we will be back 😁 thank you 😊

Spotless rooms. Really good front desk service. He recommended us a few spots and gave us a map. The hotel is conveniently located in a good location next to everything. Highly recommend! The only issue was random noise and thunking from upstairs. Bathroom was modern and spotless every nooks and crannies was cleaned looked like brand new.

If you are taking a baby read this. Stayed here for only one night thank goodness. Worst hotel out of all 5 we stayed in. We requested a baby bed(play pen) before arriving and it was not there. We were told it would be a charge $25 per night..whatever. We were 3 people with one bed so we needed it. It came and was dirty looking. The sheets had nasty stains on it and we did NOT even use it. We got put in the other part of the hotel. I have no idea what the difference was. Our room was so dark! And you couldn't even shower in the tub. The water went all over the floor! The floor in the room definitely needs to be removed it looked so dirty. There breakfast was not good either. I would definitely not recommend staying here.
