Lovely little hotel in a quiet street. A good, fairly central location. Quant and old fashioned and good value. Classic double room was big enough for two and serviced every day. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Although not the grandest hotel it is great value for the price and location, with breakfast included.

Nice place to stay in Venice! Very central, very cleaned rooms, staff is very kind and available for any inconvenience, breakfast is good. The only pity is that the room is very very dark and there was no natural light in the room (at least in my room). Overall, a very nice experience and well recommended!

A basic hotel with bare necessities. Located in a central place with lots of amenities. Breaker is basic and could be improved if it was served by staff instead of self service. Other than that it’s a good hotel and the staff are lovely.

Honestly the only downsides to this hotel were that there was no fridge & safe in the room. Also, there were no lifts, so we were walking up 2 flights of stairs as our room was on the second floor. We had the superior room with a balcony- canal view. The room was super spacious, bed was comfy. Bathroom and furniture was modern. The location of the hotel was great, there are shops all around and a great walk to the tourist spots. I would recommend booking airport transport with the hotel as the water taxi will drop you off right outside the hotel, otherwise you will have a long walk with your suitcases walking up and down the bridges to get here. There is no phone in the room to call reception. They have a WhatsApp number which you can use to call or message from your mobile. They were quick at responding most times.
