Not sure why this place has good reviews? The staff were fine and polite before I begin. The rooms were genuinely horrible, nothing like the pictures and the bathroom was full of black mold and generally disgusting. We felt dirtier after showering! The location is well out of town and a long walk with suitcases. We couldn't wait to be out and rather sit in the airport early than spend another minute in the room. I raised my concern about the mold with the staff who was polite and nice about it and offered to clean with a wet wipe. However that is not a good enough solution unfortunately. I proposed a partial refund which predictably needed manager sign off and I never heard back. The air con was pretty useless but very loud. Toilet also flushed straight through constantly, adding to the noise.

Slightly overpriced hotel for the services they provide. But because this is Venice, I guess the price might be justified. However, I was not super happy with the service. I understand that because of the law, the facade cannot be changed. However, the rooms are also not super clean. The bathrooms are dirty, and bathroom tiles have massive stains. Switch sockets come off easily. The shelves in bathroom is broken. And they do not change towels even when we ask them. In conclusion, I would only recommend this place because basically everything works. The pricing is okay, the location is good and it is in the quite side of the city. The sunset happens just behind the hotel, and the view is awesome! PS. The receptionist himself told me that I should eat outside, and that the accommodation pricing and breakfast pricing is simply because of the prices in Venice.

TOTALLY UNRECOMMENDED. The worst experience and support ever. The only thing they are good at is taking money and accusing people of cheating without asking for proofs (in order not to refund even 1 euro)! A totally unacceptable response from the stuff. They just don't believe that the train was canceled due to weather conditions, which is totally out of my hand. They didn't accept reschedule or refund due to this exceptional situation.

The room is supposed to have air conditioning but it does not work, in fact it seems that the hotel has disabled the AC unit so that it doesn’t work. The shower door is broken and excessively leaks water out on to the floor so much that there’s standing water everywhere when you are finished showering. I’ve lived in Italy for over 8 yrs and this is a sad excuse for a hotel room.
