Nice location and kind ‘staff’ (Giorgio always attended our phone calls, since nobody was at the desk during the day). Mattresses were not so good and bathroom accessories were really basic, though air conditioning worked very well! Every morning at 9 am some noise in the corridor was a bit disturbing. Sincerely I expected a little more but in general our stay was peaceful.

The location is fantastic and very close to Rialto bridge and the other main attractions. However the "deluxe" room we occupied was very basic with an incredibly small bathroom. Eveything looks worn out already. Also we had to wait 15 min in front of the hotel before finally someone came and opened us the door. Can't recommend for the price.

Location is fantastic in the Rialto district. Staff is personal, friendly and takes time to explain things. Francesco at the front desk was especially good, with personal recommendations and going out of his way to make our experience better.
