This hostel was very clean, however the rooms are so small you can barely fit with luggage. I thought the price was extremely expensive for what you got. The capsule is modern and the check in process is easy with bands as keys for your room.

The high quality of a 5 star hotel but priced like a hostel. The place is probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. The entire staff pays very close attention to every detail to ensure you have the best stay you can. The staff are so friendly you never want to leave. They make an effort to address you by name, are always smiling, and so helpful with anything you need. I 100% recommend this hotel and will come back for sure.

The cabins ARE NOT SOUNDPROOF. Bed is comfortable, and the service is fine. The location is not great: close to the central station but far from most of the main tourist attractions in Hamburg, and I did not feel safe walking around there alone in the evening. Overall, you can definitely find better options around the same price in Hamburg.

Awesome place to stay when in Hamburg. Spotlessly clean. Great staff. Good vibes. Rooms are small but have all you need for short stay. Plenty of USB sockets, wireless charging point, blue tooth speakers. Yes the showers are separate but no real hassle. There are toilets on each floor and you get a complimentary bathrobe for your stay. Short walk from central station, street and local area around station is a bit sketchy but only a short walk from much nicer spots
