Very nice room and hotel. Over night front desk girl with the light brown/blondish streaks in her hair was quite rude and had an attitude the second I walked in. For all the money you pay to stay here the hospitality should be welcoming not rude. Very tight with parking so valet is 60 for overnight parking.. Bed was quite comfortable and the shower and overall room was very cozy with a nice room. Person i spoke to the phone, with I believe her name is karina, regarding a special request like maybe some champagne in the room for my bfs birthday was quite rude too. I had done many requests for other hotels too and they had no problem providing either champagne or complimentary drinks at the bar. Would not be staying here again due to the rude front desk staff.

The hotel was beautiful. Except for a few minor things wrong that need to be fixed in the room. (The shower sliders plastic side strip was peeling off the wall.Which goes in between the glass shower door & the wall to to avoid water leaking out the shower.) Also the rug very damp wet in the room for some reason. My daughter had just got out of surgery so we were too tired to worry about it but it was pretty gross. Pretty pricy for having No free continental breakfast. Some cafe down stairs with a short list of food. They have valet that will take your car (No other parking options,with a $55+ valet fee) The valet guy & the gentleman in the front desk was super nice & accommodating. He could see that we were tired from a king day& aggregated. It’s def. a hotel we will keep in mind this one as a possibility for our next Boston medical visit.

Dirty room dirty stained sheets and overpriced in the snack area. Not a whole lot of info in the room, no pen or paper. I did like that the elevator required your card to move to the floor you are staying on. I also like the scenery it was nice. When I spoke to the front desk, they did take care of the situation and gave me my points back for my room. I just wish that I had a better stay. I was so looking forward to resting . Things to work on clean rooms and expensive snacks, making sure your sheets and blankets are clean and changed after someone uses the room and dust the walls because they are dirty. And put paper and pen in room .
