Staff was amazing and very helpful. Rooms were okay and prices were pretty fair especially considering the location. Right outside the subway orange line which was super convenient for our outings and visiting the TD Garden. I do recommend!

Very clean, older and run-down, but very comfortable. We stayed for a show and it was soooo convenient, and a value compared to the other hotels in the area. Room was definitely big enough, clean, and well appointed. The bathroom is very small, run-down with the mirror backing peeling from the glass. Cracked and peeling wallpaper. The mattress is swayed a bit but comfortable enough. Nice water machine in the lobby, so convenient to have a cocktail area and Starbucks access in the lobby.

Everything was good except the fitted sheets on our beds were too small and kept popping off while we were trying to sleep.We had two rooms, both with king sized beds, and the sheets popped off on both of them. As a result we didn’t really get a great night’s sleep. Personally I would get awakened by the sheet popping off the bottom corner and elastic slapping my ankles. Get up and wrestle the too small sheet back onto the mattress, only be awakened awhile later by the top corner popping of and the elastic slapping me in the face. Repeat until I was just too tired and passed out with the fitted sheet off the bottom corner and wrapped around my feet. The next morning my daughter related a similar experience to me. I would have considered it to just be a fluke if it had only been one bed with the wrong sized sheet, but was two beds in two different rooms. Other than that we had a lovely time. Great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The black out curtains really blacked out the outside light (something very important to me). The rooms were clean and comfortable, other than the fitted sheet fiasco. Two additional things to note, that did not bother me but might bother you. The rooms are on the small side. If we had more luggage, or planned on spending more time in the room this might have been an issue. Until about 2am we could hear what sounded like the baseline from the music in a nearby club in our room.

This hotel that's far above its name. From the first look inside the building, this is not your typical Courtyard. Greeted by the bellman as I walked in I asked to be pointed to the restrooms. He escorted me as someone would at a fine luxury establishment. The check-in experience was top notch. The agent explained the hotel and amenities to me thoroughly. Everything in my room was clean and tidy. Nothing out of place. I only stayed for one night so it's difficult to speak to housekeeping but those I saw in the hallway greeted me. This felt much more like staying at a larger Marriott property. Super convenient location. I'll be back again!
