Cambria Hotel Orlando Universal Blvd

This is by far my favorite place to stay in Orlando. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The pool deck on the roof top offers amazing views and they have a great happy hour with delicious food. The location is great and walking distance to universal city walk. You can beat the prices either. Definitely will always choose to stay here!

A Mixed Bag: Clean Rooms and Pleasant Arrival Marred by Cold Showers and Noisy Nights I recently checked into Cambria Universal, and while my initial impressions were positive, the overall experience left much to be desired. The check-in process was smooth, and the room appeared clean and well-maintained, providing a promising start to my stay. However, the illusion of a pleasant stay quickly unraveled when I discovered the persistent issue of cold water in the showers. Despite the otherwise pristine condition of the room, the inability to enjoy a warm shower significantly dampened the overall experience. It's disheartening when a fundamental amenity like hot water falls short of expectations, casting a shadow on an otherwise clean and comfortable space. Adding to the frustration was the rooftop bar's music, which could be heard in my room until the late hours of the night. The rhythmic beats echoed through the walls, disrupting any hope of a peaceful night's sleep. While I appreciate the hotel's attempt to create a lively atmosphere, the lack of soundproofing and the choice to continue the music until midnight felt inconsiderate to guests seeking rest. On a positive note, the staff's professionalism during check-in was commendable, and the cleanliness of the room did not go unnoticed. The attention to detail in maintaining a tidy environment contributed to a favorable first impression. However, these positives were overshadowed by the inconveniences that persisted throughout the duration of my stay. In conclusion, while Cambria Universal showed promise with its clean rooms and pleasant arrival experience, the persistently cold showers and disruptive rooftop music unfortunately marred the overall stay. I hope that the management addresses these issues to ensure a more consistent and enjoyable experience for future guests.
