I enjoyed my stay here at this hotel. The customer service is excellent. They are very kind and generous with whatever requested needs you may have. Their housekeeping is something you have to request in advance because they do not do it automatically like other hotels due to post Covid 19. The rooms are nice and clean. They come with big size shower essentials so you don't have to bring your own. Their breakfast is decent, but I wish they had more space for dining since it gets too crowded. Parking can be a little difficult because it's on a small lot.

Service was excellent. Very friendly staff. Room was clean, however the bed was very firm for me. Hampton Inn used to have soft beds but not so much lately. The lobby bathroom was not as clean as it could be. Breakfast was good with a wide selection of things to eat. I would stay here again...if I could not find a hotel with a softer bed.

Service is great the staff are friendly. We booked our room in the last minute, so we didn't expect much about our room, but surprisingly since it is by Hilton, the room was very clean,the bed is comfy and the view from our room is great. We didn't even need to get out and watch fireworks, we just watch it right in our window. The breakfast is great, it start at 6:30-9:30am, Mickey waffles is fun to make for our kiddos. The location is great as well, near the parks.

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel. My room had bed bugs and I got bit all over my body. The front desk did not seem to care or want to take the situation seriously. I had to go back to the room and take a picture of the bed bugs because they made me feel as if they were not going to accommodate me for the situation. They are yet to do anything about the situation. Also, the room had a weird smell. I will never return to this hotel again.
