As an airport hotel, its prime location stands out as its most impressive feature. The staff's warmth is indeed praiseworthy, and the view of the airport's tarmac I enjoyed was remarkable, almost matching the clarity seen from an air traffic control tower. The recent renovations are visible and bring some enhancements: a new coat of paint, laminated flooring in the rooms, an updated bathroom, and a variety of dining options. The new headboard, office chair, and sofa also add a touch of freshness. However, these updates can't fully mask the hotel's age. The air conditioning system is excessively loud, the office table is unstable, and various room details like missing closet knobs, chipped corners, and ill-fitting curtains highlight areas of neglect. The corridor carpets, appearing unclean, further diminish the overall appeal. Although these renovations are steps toward improvement, the hotel doesn't yet reach the four-star standard common in Mexico City hotels. It is a place of contrasting experiences: commendable for its strategic location and some modern touches, but still needing significant enhancements to realize its full potential.

I have been staying here every time I come to Mexico to visit family. I usually come with my son and he is the happiest being here. He and I love this hotel. The personnel is fantastic, super attentive, always kind. The pool is a great feature as it is heated and my son can spend a couple of hours swimming. The rooms are great and spacious. My only observation is that if you have connected rooms with an inner door, sometimes it can get noisy, so make sure to request for a room with no connecting doors. Other than that, we have always had a great nights sleep. We will continue to come here every time we take a trip through Mexico City's airport. 100% recommended.

Small room and not very clean we found lots of hair on floors 🤢. Finishing are mid-poor quality there was a gap on the floor. Service is good, mattress and pillows are comfortable. The location is unbeatable. They asked us for feedback and we indicated those things.

The service here was A+ for me. The bell hops were very kind and informative. After delivering my bags, they explained the restaurant locations and cuisine, room service, and set my thermostat to a comfortable level. I had to change my room from the north tower (I do not recommend the rooms here- small, sad, and dank hallways) to the main tower, and the front desk was awesome about it (maybe because this was the room and location I paid for). Sent a bellhop with my key and to escort my bags to the new room. The hotel is not swanky by any means, but my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to both terminals, with shuttles running 24/7 to terminal 2, and the staff was wonderful. Pros- The staff! Loved my bellhops and the front desk. I had shrimp tacos from the hotel kitchen and omg yum! Better than any meal I had during my trip, and I went to some really nice restaurants. Could be improved: The AC in my room wouldn't go below 22C despite me setting it to 19C.

Nice hotel with a restaurant/bar and a gym. Rooms were nice and updated. They provide a good shuttle service to airport terminals. The breakfast buffet was pretty nice. I had to deduct a star because service in the bar was slow. There were only about 10 people besides the 2 of us in the bar, and they had 3 bartenders and 2 servers but we were constantly having to wait on the servers to come to our table.
