Spent two nights, one on each side of our trip, due to flight cancellations. Great location. Check in was a bit slow but not excessive. Staff was friendly and accommodated our lack of Spanish. Breakfast had plentiful options and a couple nice touches like early morning croissants to go for early birds and candy bar laid out @ night. Would stay again if on overnight layover through MEX.

Super convenient and stress free to be able to roll off our bed to get to security/gate for a 7am flight, especially when the night before is NYE! The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The soundproof is terrible we could hear the next room clearly. The water pressure for the shower was great and hot water was available instantly. The hair dryer was missing though. The cafe downstairs had decent food, limited in vegan options (two options literally as the third one was unavailable) but good food.

I didn’t love my stay here. I stayed here as I had an early flight out of MEX. The front desk staff weren’t helpful and were honestly quite rude to me. The first time when I was checking in; the woman was speaking to someone else the entire time while assisting me. When I asked if I needed to wait while she finished her conversation with the other person, she said they worked at the hotel, and they could wait for me to finish checking in. It was super unprofessional and something I haven’t experienced prior, but seems to be common looking at other reviews. The second time my phone wasn’t working in my room at all, and I wanted to order room service, so I went to the front desk to order. The man working saw me approaching the desk, picked up the phone, and pretended to have a fake conversation with someone for a while. He eventually had to help me as I waited patiently for his fake convo to finish LOL it was so bizarre and awkward. Shoutout to the room service attendant because he was great and the only redeeming quality of this hotel. When I left in the morning everything smelled like sewage. It was RANK. I saw the reviews and was confused what everyone else was smelling until I left and then it was undeniable LOL. I struggled to sleep at this hotel for sure. It was LOUD. I’ve also spent an overnight in MEX airport on my own just hanging out waiting for my connection and this wasn’t really worth the extra money in my opinion.

We stayed here because we had a very early flight the next day. We enjoyed our stay here and if I had to stay again I would. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious, we were content here with our 1 year old, and we were able to shower him confidently. The hotel is close to terminal 2. You have to look for the sign for the hotel next to an elevator, what seems to be in the middle of terminal 2.
