How do you review a Cancun All-Inclusive? Was everything included? Absolutely not. We had to pay an extra fee for room service, which we had to use because we arrived after 10 (no food after 10, bar open from 11 to 11). We also didn't get help with shuttle service (would've been happy to pay). Food and drink are what's to be expected when booking a cheap All-Inclusive. However, they barely have any vegetarian options. Sushi bar is the one notable cool thing. Staff was a mixed-bag. And we don't begrudge them, the crowd is likely a mixed-bag too. Some (notably the pool bar staff) seemed to have fun and be up for it, while especially the more senior staff seemed to hate being there. Before we talk about the room, just for context: We have travelled most major cities in Mexico, so came in with reasonable expectations. And the room was bad. Dead cockroach in the bathroom, mold throughout bathroom and toilet. A lot of broken stuff like the door handles, telephone not working etc. We definitely have had rooms a third of the price that were in better shape.

Went jet skiing with the boys from the beach it was so much fun! Tony and Armando took amazing care of us from the entertainment all the way to service and always with a smile. Cleanliness was 5 stars as well we really enjoyed our stay :)

The staff when i say they’re amazing, they’re INCREDIBLE. The experience here was absolutely breathtaking. The food here was amazing along with the multiple pools they have along with the beach which they clean up. They have events every night. I can’t think of a single complaint. the staffs here deserve a raise and everything along with it. I can’t get over how welcoming, nice, and hardworking they were. The rooms were cleaned everyday and drinks were being offered all day long. The people here made the trip worth every penny.
