I am staying at a standard room. Pros: - great view. The ocean view is great. - location. Easy access to the Las Americas mall. - good room lighting. - great pool. Cons: - standard room is NOT a suite. The room is very small. Has a closet, a king size bed and a furniture. bathroom is very small. - room needs remodeling. Cheap furniture. Cheap personal care items. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. - amenities are average. Not a 4 star hotel. If you go to the gym, you will see 4 machines and rusted equipment. - tours most likely will not have the option to pick up at this hotel due to difficult access from the outside. Therefore, you will have to walk to nearby hotels mostly. - ghost town. There is no bar, breakfast room or other common areas besides the lobby, outdoor sitting and the pool. Personally, next time I’d rather pay a few hundred more dollars and stay at another hotel with more amenities and options and more people.

We stayed here one night before going to the airport at 5 am since it's budget-friendly good location, and I also read many complaints that it can be really noisy at night, which turned out to be so so so true 🤦 I've never experienced this extent of noise pollution, it's like clubs are right next to you. Can't believe there are more hotels like this in the same condominium; you really need to install soundproof windows. Other than that, there were good things too. The room and facility are decent. Fridge functioned very well, there were iron/iron board, but no electric kettle even at the reception. They allowed us one hour early check-in. However, the receptionist who was in the morning forgot to give my ID back during checkout so we needed to return while on the way to the airport, which is partially my fault, but the hotel requires everyone's deposit cash money or ID, meaning that the receptionist should know they should return something 100% during checkout. So please take care of that too.

There is a nightclub two blocks away. They play music so loud it sounds like a mariachi band is playing next to your bed. Its 430am and i want to sleep. Windows aren't soundproof. The staff are not friendly. If you touch the walls the paint will rub off on anything. Also there is no real street access. You have to walk through a parking garage then down a very long driveway, or through a very crowded mall. Other than that, nice clean apartment.

International travelers beware! It looks nice online and is rated as a 4-star hotel but this is a 2-star hotel at best charging 4-star and 5-star hotel prices. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and had to pay additional for 2 people (we had 4 people total in our party). The front desk staff is extremely rude. The rooms, while they look fine in photos, in person the furniture is very low quality. The beds are so awful you can feel the springs. The room was not well cleaned and had a bad smell. Thank god our reservation was only for one night or else I would have left.

loved it here. the room was exactly as advertised, the security of the building is top notch. the greeters at the lobby are amazon and so friendly. always have a smile and ready to assist. the rooms were always cleaned when i left outside, the towels always removed and sheets always changed. area is safe and has everything near it, lots of shops and restaurants and mall so if you are not renting a car it’s a good area for walking. if you don’t like noise at night from bars, you might not like this place because there is a nightclub or smth right across the street. but the noise didn’t both me, wasn’t that loud since i was on the 12th floor. especially when balcony is closed. only thing is the washer and dryer does not dry the clothes fully, it’s an air washer and with humidity, air drying outside takes a while. but great for the price, view is amazing and hot tub was great :)
