Stayed 7 nights at breathless Cancun. Was disappointed in this “5 star” resort. Waited 45 minutes to check in, only to get to our room and not have any of our luggage even delivered yet. Took another 30 minutes to get the luggage. Food: small portions but decent. EXCEPT, wait times are 3+ hours, and they also close down certain restaurants so you don’t have all choices all the time. Only 2 waiters/waitresses working the entire pool. I got kicked out of the cabana beside the pool because I was eating a slice of pizza. The waitress made me leave the cabana and go back up to the building to eat my slice of pizza. So absolutely no food is allowed around the pools/pool sides. Room service: ordered room service, estimated time 40 minutes. We never even actually received the room service. Spa: the hydrotherapy was terrible. That place looked like it hasn’t been scrubbed in 2 years. Half of the stuff didn’t work. Massage was good, but it felt rushed.

Vacation for two , we had a great time. The night club was good but all the dj played was hip hop old and new, which I don’t mind some. But literally that’s all I heard. So if you’re into hip hop this place is for you. Every thing else from the rooms to the grounds and the staff. Was phenomenal. Gated security entry felt very safe inside the resort.

Even though it has some nice details, and the hotel appears very luxurious, it was missing some key stuff such as to offer basic toiletries that one may need (such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, etc). The service was nice in general especially the waiters, but to check in is really though because only two people are there doing it. On the other hand the food was great and the pools were also really nice.
