My partner and I truly enjoyed our stay. We arrived early and were told to wait an hour until our room was ready. However, we did not mind since the staff offered us cold lemon water and introduced us to the lounge area to relax, which was very comfortable. They also offered to hold onto our luggage’s so we can venture out and explore what’s around. The hotel is conveniently located since it is near a Main Street that leads you to the main attractions of the island. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the AC worked well. The breakfast area is really nice and the food was yummy. Highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is fantastic and if I return to Venice, I will definitely stay here again. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and it is right next to a water bus stop which was very convenient. The hotel itself is very beautiful inside and out and there is a lovely courtyard to eat breakfast outside. The rooms are spacious which is rare to find and the decor and furnishings are very nice. It is located in a quieter neighborhood than near more touristy areas like the Grand Canal but you can get anywhere pretty quickly thanks to Venice's water bus system. I highly recommend this hotel.

Never been to Venice before and when I come back, I will definitely stay at the Carnival Palace. It is about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station and it has a water taxi stop a few feet away from the hotel which is so key in Venice. The rooms were beautifully decorated a decent size and the bathroom was spacious. Air conditioning worked amazingly. Staff was super friendly and helpful. And the breakfast provided is not to be missed! Superb variety and the chocolate croissants were my favorite. I would stay here again without hesitation.
