Gianluca and Eddie were pleasant and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location is away from the crowds in a more local neighborhood but still close enough to get around to the main points by metro or walking. I also appreciated that the room was cleaned daily and the strong Wi-Fi. I do have to say I was expecting something else given this was advertised as a boutique 3-star hotel but this felt more like a generic Airbnb apartment as it lacked some of the services and amenities of a 3-star hotel and is located inside a suite in a large office building and there’s usually nobody at the front desk. I had also requested two twin beds but was given one bed.

Pros: Clean, quiet, designed room. Bathroom with large window is well ventilated. You can leave luggage holding there after checkout until 8pm. Service is nice. Only one minute walk to a subway station. The street is quiet and spacious. Hotel is near Vatican city. Cons: The triple room for three people is a bit smaller.
