Very old and smelly rooms. We booked 3 nights and left after 1 hour in the room. Hotel didn’t issue a refund and we lost our money. We end up moving to a very nice airbnb for less money. Will never book this place again. The host at the front desk was very friendly and offered a different room which was also old and dated (no smell). She took our contact information to discuss with manager but never heard back from the hotel.

Very gross and unprofessional kept up business. Rooms are 1980’s. Bed looks like it was pulled from a dumpster. Pillow’s are flat. Bathroom; yuck. Breakfast was a joke. The pool could cut your feet up. Roof tiles broken/falling off. Don’t stay here because it’s obvious the owner no longer cares.

What a disgusting situation we found ourselves in. Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable. My partner and I got sick from the mold smell and left at 8:30 am after only arriving at 1:30am. thats how bad it is. They said breakfast was included and it was not. The staff are nice however an upgrade to another nasty room is not the answer. I requested the manager call me and they said I had to wait til tomorrow. Unacceptable.

This last visit was very different than previous years. We do understand however that the pandemic changed things for everyone. The reason we only gave the hotel 3 stars is because we were expecting a good buffet breakfast like in past years we have stayed here however the only thing available was a coffee station. It definitely needs more maintenance on the outside (like the buildings paint) . Staff was very attentive and friendly . Hope things get better and we can utilize your services again.
